The event includes a 5K, a 3 mile family bike ride, and 15-30-62-100 mile bike tours in the northwest and southwest regions of Cape Coral. The weekend begins with a kick-off celebration. TREK SPEED ZONE: The tour rides are NOT races - there are no prizes given to the fastest overall bikers - the timing of your ride is simply a convenience for you - the biker - to know how long your ride took. Additionally, your friends/relatives can sign for tracking and receive emails or text messages each time that you go past a timing station.

Got the Nerve is a sprint triathlon, with a 500 yd. swim in Mt. Gretna Lake, a 16 mi. bike ride on country roads through both Lebanon & Lancaster Counties and a 5K run on a nearby FLAT Rails-to-Trails path.
Registration is closed at 1,000 race participants. In past years, over 2,500 fans have attended to support the event. Got the Nerve Triathlon has inspired thousands of individuals of all abilities to challenge themselves in a motivating and encouraging race environment.
WHO? GTN is a race for everyone! Participants include beginners and veteran triathletes, disabled athletes, and families young and old. Uniting all of these individuals is a common goal to push hard and discover what they are capable of.

The 5th annual Stamp Out Hunger 5K and 1 mile run/walk will take place on Labor Day - Monday, September 2, 2019. This certified 5K winds through a scenic and historic section of Medford, NJ. Start and finish in front of the Medford Public Safety Building (Police Station) - 91 Union Street. This is a family friendly, yet competitive event. NEW THIS YEAR all registration fees go directly to The Food Bank of South Jersey. Proceeds from sponsorship will go to support the hunger fighting initiatives of ShopRite Partners in Caring Fund.

Join IM ABLE for our 10th annual Duathlon and 5k! This is a chip-timed event. 5k runners participate in the first leg of the duathlon only. Duathlon participants continue on to bike leg and second run.
Bibs will distinguish between 5k racers and duathlon racers. Duathlon is a 5K run, 14+ mile bike, 5K run
Athletes may participate in the duathlon event as individuals or in teams of 2 or 3

Run: IM ABLE teams and individuals, including able-bodied runners on teams with adaptive athletes, will start 5 minutes before the rest of the competitors in the duathlon and 5K. Run/roll course follows a scenic path through to the Highlands and will be an out and back. Cycle: Performed on closed Reading Blvd around a loop 6 times. Athletes are responsible for keeping track of bike laps.
