- 5K FINISH LINE/LOGISTICS INFO: 5K Start is approximately 200 yards from the Sr. Citizens Bldg. out on Chews Landing Rd. close to the bank, and across from the park. 5K Finish returns back in the Sr. Citizens parking lot. Just follow the cones directly to the finish clock! - On your approach to the finish: You will cross straight-across Chews Landing Rd. at the corner, traffic cones will be at corner . . . into the Sr. Citizens parking lot – STRAIGHT TO THE finish line clock right next to the timing track readers on the ground. Run over the ground timing tracks in front of the finish chute. Please exit at the end of the finish line chute. Got the Nerve is a sprint triathlon, with a 500 yd. swim in Mt. Gretna Lake, a 16 mi. bike ride on country roads through both Lebanon & Lancaster Counties and a 5K run on a nearby FLAT Rails-to-Trails path.
Registration is closed at 1,000 race participants. In past years, over 2,500 fans have attended to support the event. Got the Nerve Triathlon has inspired thousands of individuals of all abilities to challenge themselves in a motivating and encouraging race environment.
WHO? GTN is a race for everyone! Participants include beginners and veteran triathletes, disabled athletes, and families young and old. Uniting all of these individuals is a common goal to push hard and discover what they are capable of.

This race is put on by The Westchester Triathlon- a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote youth fitness and introduce and offer youth options in multi-sport racing.

Super Sprint will award finishers for the top three male and female finishers overall. The Super Sprint is a longer distance race for those looking to go farther and be competitive.
Please note: 11-17 years olds will swim out further and might not be able to touch the bottom. We will be launching waves in small groups to allow for ease of swimming. Lifeguards will be along the route for safety and support. All 5-6 yr. old groups and 7-10 yr olds will be in an area where they can put their feet down to stop if necessary.

The FREE race walk through and clinic will be Wednesday, July 10 at 6:00-7:00 PM. Meet at the Life Guard Shack.

The 5th annual Stamp Out Hunger 5K and 1 mile run/walk will take place on Labor Day - Monday, September 2, 2019. This certified 5K winds through a scenic and historic section of Medford, NJ. Start and finish in front of the Medford Public Safety Building (Police Station) - 91 Union Street. This is a family friendly, yet competitive event. NEW THIS YEAR all registration fees go directly to The Food Bank of South Jersey. Proceeds from sponsorship will go to support the hunger fighting initiatives of ShopRite Partners in Caring Fund.

This race is perfect for competitive runners as well as casual runners/walkers. The course is USTAF certified, and the race will include chip timing. All participants will enjoy the opportunity to join their community in supporting a great cause and the chance to take in the local scenery. Both the 5K and 1-mile race courses start in downtown Medford in front of the Public Safety Building (rain or shine). The course winds through town, and then moves out to surrounding country roads.

9/15/2019 10th Annual IM ABLE Duathlon and 5K Reading, PA
Join IM ABLE for our 10th annual Duathlon and 5k! This is a chip-timed event. 5k runners participate in the first leg of the duathlon only. Duathlon participants continue on to bike leg and second run.
Bibs will distinguish between 5k racers and duathlon racers. Duathlon is a 5K run, 14+ mile bike, 5K run
Athletes may participate in the duathlon event as individuals or in teams of 2 or 3
Disabled and able bodied athletes welcome and encouraged to participate!
NEW FOR THIS YEAR: A mini-Duathlon option! This option is a 1.5 mile run, 6.5 mile bike, 1.5 mile run. You may enter as a single, or a relay team. Awards given for Top Female, Top Male, and Top Relay only.
5K only: Run the first 5k with Duathlon participants, finish after first 5k
Run: IM ABLE teams and individuals, including able-bodied runners on teams with adaptive athletes, will start 5 minutes before the rest of the competitors in the duathlon and 5K. Run/roll course follows a scenic path through to the Highlands and will be an out and back. Cycle: Performed on closed Reading Blvd around a loop 6 times. Athletes are responsible for keeping track of bike laps.

The College of New Jersey's chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, a co-ed community service fraternity, is hosting its annual 5K! The proceeds of this race will support Disability Allies, a non-profit organization based in New Jersey that works to bring together young adults and teenagers with and without disabilities. The race will take place on TCNJ's beautiful campus. Just this past year, TCNJ's Alpha Zeta Gamma Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega passed bylaws to make membership in the fraternity more achievable and attainable to every TCNJ student of differing abilities. This unprecedented action resulted in welcoming several members of the CCS Program, a certificate program for young adults with intellectual disabilities ages 18-25. This cause is near and dear to our hearts, and we hope you will come join us in support!

11/2/2019 Trot this way for some family fun! The Celiac Disease Foundation is excited to host its 4th Annual New York Turkey Trot 5K, 2nd Annual Los Angeles Turkey Trot 5K, and 1st Annual Princeton Turkey Trot 5K Fun Run/Walks!
Each participant will receive a Team Gluten-Free t-shirt and post-race gluten-free snacks. The 5K fun run/walks will take place rain or shine, and medals will be given out to the top runners and fundraisers.

The KSQ Mushroom Cap 13.1 is a race where every runner counts! The 4th Annual MCHM will take place on Saturday,
November 2, 2019 starting promptly at 8:00am in front of The Creamery on Birch Street. Post Race Celebration.
The MCHM is host an amazing finish line festival!
Set for its fourth annual running along the rolling country roads just outside this one-square-mile borough in southeastern Pennsylvania that’s become world-famous as the “Mushroom Capital of the World,” the KSQ Mushroom Cap Half Marathon & Relay unfolds through this picturesque small town that’s home to just over 6,000 souls. Runners will follow an out-and-back course for the race, which starts and finishes on Birch Street in downtown Kennett Square.
